Terms of Service
Next Meeting — Google Calendar Plugin for Elgato Stream Deck
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Next Meeting (the "plugin"), developed by Maksym Aharkov ("we," "us"). By installing or using the plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the plugin.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Next Meeting on your own devices, for your own use, subject to these Terms and to Elgato's Stream Deck software terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the plugin in a way that violates Google's or Microsoft's API terms, or applicable law. You're responsible for the Google (and, once supported, Microsoft) account you connect to the plugin and for keeping your device secure.
Disclaimer
Next Meeting is provided to help you keep track of meetings, but it is a convenience tool, not a scheduling system of record. Always confirm meeting details in your calendar or conferencing application if the plugin's display seems out of date — for example after a network interruption or an event change made elsewhere.
Availability
Next Meeting is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation — availability depends on your device, your Stream Deck software, and the Google (or Microsoft) APIs the plugin relies on, none of which we control.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Meeting is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maksym Aharkov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including a missed or late meeting — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the plugin.
Third-party services
Next Meeting connects to Google Calendar (and, once supported, Microsoft Outlook Calendar). Your use of those services is governed by Google's and Microsoft's own terms and privacy policies, not by us.
Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis by a single independent developer, via support@vo1dee.com. There is no guaranteed response time or service level.
Termination
You may stop using the plugin, disconnect your account, and uninstall it at any time. We may discontinue or modify the plugin at any time; where practical, we'll note significant changes on this page.
Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continuing to use the plugin after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
